Brothers,

It is is with the great sadness that I must inform you all that W.: Bro. Carl VanDorn passed away this morning with his family and loved ones at his side. Arrangements are pending and I will update everyone as we know them, but I wanted to share with all of you how much Mulvane Lodge and his brother mason's meant to him. Carl has requested a masonic service as well as masonic pal bearers as a final request. If you are available and within the length of your cable tow please try to attend his services when we get the information. Brother Carl was a great man, mason, and friend and will be greatly missed. Keep Margaret, Doug, and Denise in your thoughts and prayers and extend a helping hand if you can.

Once again the Grand Architect has seen fit to call one of our Brother Master Masons to the Grand Lodge above. Bother Carl was initiated into Mulvane Lodge #201 on September 25, 1979. Passed to the Degree of a Fellow Craft on October 25, 1979, and Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason on November 13, 1979. Brother Carl served his lodge faithfully for 44 years! He was served in every position elected and appointed in Lodge to include Master in 1984 and 2022.
