New Prospect Process

Brothers, I wanted to share some information and insight on our current process. Please direct prospects to the KMF or Grand Lodge website. Both sites direct them to the same landing page. When they fill out the form, it will upload their contact information into our CRM software. Our prospect managers across the state then manage and work on them. Getting the online form filled out is essential unless you will help them personally connect to your lodge.  As Most Worshipful Doug shared in his letter back in July, the Grand Lodge Awareness Campaign was launched. The programs and PR efforts by the Foundation, coupled with the campaign, are making an impact. We constantly review the data to identify improvement opportunities in our prospect management process. For example, How to handle inquiries from folks who do not meet requirements in our jurisdiction will be on the list when we have our first 90-day review in early October. In the first two weeks of September alone, we have had 62 inquiries that filled out the form. I look forward to seeing everyone this weekend. Travel Safe!
